Adam listened carefully, insisted that I took a car for the day and then helped me to match my expectations with what was available at the time - I wanted to take a car home that day. Adam and his colleagues stayed late to ensure that everything was completed and that I was happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Adam to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

I was not advised they do not do this service anymore. Seems to me there maybe a bit of disorganization in the service department. Maybe scheduling too many services in one day More

Rob was so passionate and proud of this product that there was no other to look at. His professionalism and attention to every detail was first rate and so willing to please us, even at his inconvenience. I’m so looking forward to experiencing the same attention to details from the service department when needed. Thank you for a first rate experience More

Immediately I was made to feel more at-ease, the salesperson (Steve) made sure to get to know me and understand my needs. During the test drive, Steve was more than willing to guide me through a route (as I did not know the area well). Throughout the following processes, Steve made sure to understand what I needed the vehicle for, and informed me of how best to make use the car and its features. He made sure I got to know some of the persons I would be depending on in the future for service, and that I would be entirely satisfied with my investment. As someone who agonizes a bit much over socialization, it was worth so much to be able to deal with someone as patient and friendly as I did. Would absolutely recommend this dealership to friends and family based on my experience there. More

He to I arrived at the dealership after looking at a particular truck online. Jai showed it to me and I realized that it wasn't what I thought it was. He took the time to help me locate several different options and meet my various requirements. After the purchase I had noticed a small minor defect and he helped resolve it right away. Very happy with my decision to purchase from this dealership. More
Worst experience ever. Read this, protect yourself. Do yourself a favor and read this. I went to a big, well established dealership to avoid the scummy, back ally used car dealership antics. These g Do yourself a favor and read this. I went to a big, well established dealership to avoid the scummy, back ally used car dealership antics. These guys took it to a whole new level of scummyness. 1) A used truck with low KM's. They insisted it had passed their "81 point inspection" with flying colors. They assured me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with this vehicle. 2) I test drove it and soon noticed a significant rumble, rattle at low rpms. Made me think transmission. WHen I took it back to the dealership they braught in their certified, licenced professional mechanic who took it out and was able to reproduce the problem. 3) They said they would fix it that evening. 4) They called the next morning to say it was all fixed up. Mechanic fixed it. It was the U-joint. He took it out for a good test drive and was unable to reproduce the problem. Come in and sign the papers. They ushered me and my wife into an office and brought out the papers for a sale. I said I should probably test drive it just to make sure. 4) Within 5 minutes the truck was making the exact same intense vibration, rumble. Like I was driving over rumble strips when of course I was not. I couldnt believe that they had told me this was fixed and had tried to get us to sign papers. 5) I brought it back and said it was not in fact fixed. They expressed surprise about this. Said they would get back on it and in the meantime, we should sit down and sign some papers to hold the vehicle because there was another interested party who was willing to pay cash and was just waiting on us to decide weather we really wanted the thing. 6)I said go ahead and sell it to him/her. We were not going to sign papers for a vehicle with a major mechanical problem. 7) They said that if we dont sign, they would have to let it go to this mysterious 'cash buyer'. I said let them have it. 8) I got a message back saying "Great news! The cash buyer wants to be fair and is letting you have first dibs on it. Come on in and sign the papers or we will have to let it go. I said again, let it go. He wrote back saying," if you wont sign papers, we are going to have to let it go to the cash buyer. He said that it was company policy, he had no say in the matter. "after all, we are in the business of selling vehicles here" Again, I said, let it go, Im not buying a broken truck. 9) He calls back about an hour later and says "I need to get at least a deposit from you to make sure that you are serious about the transaction". I was pretty disgusted by this point and hung up on the guy, He called back to tell me that if we came in and gave them a $500 deposit, they would get the truck fixed at the Nissan dealership ( it was a Nissan truck) and hold it for us until it was fixed. 10) I wrote the guy a good long message outlining how this transaction had gone from the beginning and let him know that I was not impressed. That being said, if they were able to fix the issue, I was STILL willing to buy the thing because I really liked the truck. 11) I drove across town, with my $500 cash in hand, walked into the dealership and was met by this associate. He let me know how sorry he was about how all this had played out. He presented me with this messy piece of paper with all the scribbles of the numbers we had worked out regarding the financing, the interest rate, the term and the monthly payments. It was actually the same piece of paper that we had been working on. HOWEVER, he had raised the price of the vehicle by over a thousand dollars, added almost another thousand dollars of additional taxes that we had not negotiated and had still left out the interest rate. He actually had the nerve to try to get me to agree to this and to give him a $500 deposit which may or may not have been refundable should the deal have fallen thought. I asked him, "What is this? This is not even close to the terms we agreed on". He said that the terms had to change somewhat because obviously there was some repairs that needed to be done on the truck. The same truck that had passed the Steve Marshall Ford Lincoln 81 point comprehensive inspection. The same truck that the sales associate said was flawless. The same truck that I (a total laymen) had to discover for myself had a major mechanical issue. The same truck that they then said they would fix. They same truck that they then said was fixed. The same truck that I had to again find out was NOT fixed. They same truck that they said I should sign for regardless. The same truck that they then required a cash deposit to hold. The same truck that they 'almost' sold to a 'cash buyer'. The same truck that they then totally change the terms of sale on. The same truck that they told me that I would need to front the money for the repairs of. This is what you may be getting yourself into should you decide to do business with this dealership. Kept getting told that there wasn't a problem or that my car wasn't broken enough for them to do anything. Finally a month before 2 years of owning the car, they decide to fix it, after threatening to go else where and yelling at them over the phone and in person. So I take it in and they release it to me worse than before.( to read more of my angry rant it's on ISLAND FORD service review) when I left the dealership I was in tears, then I called Steve Marshall. Steve Marshall review: Amazing! I called them, explained my situation, they allowed me to come in that very day. I walked in and was greated instantly. They sat me down for a couple minutes (compared to an hour), then the awesome mechanic walked with me to my car and listened to me babble, listened to the car and went on a test drive. When he came back in he immediately got my parts ordered, which made me feel so much better. So a week or so later the parts came in and I took my car in. They gave me a loaner car as they knew I lived an hour away. Did not make me wait or explain anything. They simply traded cars and gave me back mine 4 hours later FIXED. That was the best service! They were kind, funny, friendly and they even FIXED my car! So thank you very much Steve Marshall!!! I won't be going anywhere else to get my car serviced More

I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone I like. The salesman(joey)talked as though customer happiness was number one and about the value of return business in the future. That lasted about to the point salesman(joey)talked as though customer happiness was number one and about the value of return business in the future. That lasted about to the point i signed the papers. Had an issue with the cleanliness(stained console and generally dirty inside)of the truck i bought(used). Apparently it wasnt detailed because of a big sale they had and had tons of vehicles to detail-understandable. This later changed to the customer who sold it had it detailed so they just thought it was fine. Long story short after an attempt By marshall to clean it(and no attempt by salesman to make sure its right) I ended up steam cleaning and detailing my new to me truck for a few hours so that it didnt feel like i was in someone else' filth. After that the Salesman did not follow up on a call in which we spoke about what we can do to make it right(said he would talk to peter and see what they can do I and get back to me). I shouldnt have to chase these guys to make it right! They should want to do it themselves so that all that stuff they spewed about customer happiness and retention might actually happen. I dont consider myself a difficult customer at all. Just do what you say you are going to do and I'm happy! Id hate to see these guys dealing with a difficult customer. I understand its mainly the salesman that messed up here, so if you need to buy a ford in nanaimo, at least try to avoid Joey. The standard of care vanishes once he doesnt have a dollar sign dangling in front of him. More
I've never dealt with a dealership that doesnt back up their words that a customer is number one. The way my husband and myself were treated, was the worst service I have seen. Don't feel comfortable when their words that a customer is number one. The way my husband and myself were treated, was the worst service I have seen. Don't feel comfortable when I walk into the dealership. Questions are not answered or dealt with untill we come in mad. Still waiting on the imaginary jack and wheel wrench that was suppose to be ordered by Milan 2 weeks ago or better and we were told from him it was ordered and would be here in 2 to 3 days....Still no jack and wheel wrench??????For the service that we have had, I would not reccommend this dealership to anyone, although I would reccommend the service department and to deal with Rob!!!
