After looking at some options in the XLT trim, we moved to the Lariat Diesel. The truck checked all of the boxes off, and I got to stay in a diesel. Love my new truck. I got the deal I was looking for, and the security long term that I wanted. I appreciate all of the hard work that David, Rob and Peter went through to get things done. found it to be a very time wasting effort, not profitable. my wife and me tried to get a used vehicle, knowing our credit was not that good. we went in around 11am, found an escape we liked the went through t my wife and me tried to get a used vehicle, knowing our credit was not that good. we went in around 11am, found an escape we liked the went through the pre finance with the salesman rather than going directly to finance, what a waste of time. came back it was turned down but they wee working on it. salesman kept coming back every so often to say it would only be another 10 or 15 minutes. we'll eventually we left at 330pm having nothing accomplished other than they were working on it and Carson said he would call me on Monday. well, 12 days later he finally called saying they could help if we come with $5ka. ya ok right before Christmas, by this time we got a different vehicle from somewhere else. good job. just because our credit was not perfect, we were left hanging for a very long time. it goes to show that if you got good credit you will do well, if less than perfect credit you get treated like crap, and rated as a second class person. Recall issues I brought my Ford Focus in for regular servicing, an oil leak was detected. My service representative Robyn Vincent took care of the repair also arranged to have the transmission recall checked due to my concerns. Robyn booked the repair to the transmission, at that time a new recall came out for the fuel valve deficiency. The VIN number on my car was one of the recalled vehicles. An inspection was done, my car passed the inspection. Robyn was very attentive to my concerns, I found her to be very knowledgeable and look forward to dealing with her again. I will also mention the technicians that worked on my car, thank you for a great job to all, Trevor, Evan and Nathan. More

well informed staff We bought a truck from Kai and our experience could not have been better. We were travelling when it came up on the facebook page. We called Kai and he gave us all the information, took a video for us so that we could really have a good look at it. We were going to be out of town for 10 days and we knew this truck would not be on the lot for long. Kai made the decision very easy and once we had said we wanted the truck he got everything rolling so that when we came to sign the paperwork it was all done in no time at all. There was a small glitch in the paperwork but the dealership was right on the ball and sorted it out right away. Kai spent lots of time showing us the working of all the features of the truck and made sure that we had all our questions answered. I would highly recommend the dealership and Kai. More
