This dealer has helped out with repairs when service needed after warrantee period expired. I was a solid Chev truck guy until I started working with Chris and his team. If you have a situation in service that leaves you less than 100% satisfied see your salesperson. They will see that you are happy. I have never experienced customer care anywhere else that comes close. More

Just purchased a used 2014 Focus and I knew more about the status of the vehicle than the sales person did. The sales person kept telling me that the e-test was failing, which is normal after the battery is disconnected. But I asked her at 2:00 in the afternoon and she claimed that the car is getting tested again at 3, but the car went at 11 and passed. Although the sales person provided me with great service, and found me the vehicle, I believe that she was fantastic. Communication needs to improve to make the buying experience less stressful. On the bright side, the delivery was a day late, but they provided me with a rental for free! More

On August 10, 2015 I call this dealership to setup an appointment to take care of 2 recall notices that I receive from Ford Canada Corporation; the female service representative was friendly and accommodating, she informed me that my car had not only 2 recall but a third recall as well, she placed me on hold to determine if the parts for the recall were available and/or if they could be couriered overnight to the dealership in time for a Wednesday August 12 service. She returned to the phone and told me that everything was set; parts would be there on Wednesday August 12, 2015 for my car to be serviced. I said Great and confirmed the appointment. August 12, 2015 I drop off the car for the all 3 recalls to be taken care of and went on my way to work. 4pm came and I returned to the dealership to pick up my car from the servicing…. This is where things go completely incredibly stupid, the customer service representative Brain Johnson; who is also to my surprise the Customer Service Manager informs me that none of the recalls where done on my car because no parts were order. I said, but I was told the parts were here? I looked at him and asked why I was not call about this situation earlier? I wasted my time and planned my day around this service appointment expecting these recalls to be taken care of, all he could say is I know, I am sorry. Brain has no clue why the parts were not order nor did he understand where the Service process had broken in his shop. What a waste. Clearly, customer service is not present at Sterling Ford in Ottawa at 1425 Ogilvie Road. Anyone looking to have service done to their car or do any business with them my advice is too simply STAY AWAY my experience is they are incompetent in running this type of customer service business. Their service department is trustworthy and extremely reliable for a manufacture mechanic. Chad is by far the best service employee around Ottawa as he actually recalls people; more importantly he is actually knowledgable and can explain the issues with your vehicle. We have purchase several brand new trucks from them and will keep going back, and we will continue to make the drive for their service department - as we have taken our trucks for extremely basic service at Kanata Ford - and they cannot even handle rotating the tires. More

He literally had NO work to do with this sale and still could not get any customer service from him. Andre the finance guy helped way more then Gino when it came to information about the car and getting any callbacks on issues. Very dissappointing. Thank goodness the car is perfect. More

Amazing advice and service from Randy and his business manager. I was referred to Randy from a friend and I plan to send him many referrals! We called him on wednesday and told him we were interested in a white or charcoal 2011 ford escape 4WD. He went out of his way to find me the vehicle and he even had it ready when we arrived. We took it for a quick spin. Absolutely loved it. We sat in with the Business manager and discuss warranty, etc. we took the extended warranty for peace of mind and felt confident in the advice we got! They even thew in some winter mats! Amazing! More
