oil gasket replacement Had my Edge serviced in the fall, was told I had a leaky oil gasket, truck would have to stay overnight in order to repair. Next oil change a few mon Had my Edge serviced in the fall, was told I had a leaky oil gasket, truck would have to stay overnight in order to repair. Next oil change a few months later, same issue, had dropped my truck off for 07:00, at 13:00 I called only to be advised there was the same issue, no one had called ...as a result there was no replacement vehicle so had to bring my truck back. On my way home I discovered they had forgotten to put the lock nut for my tires back in my truck. I called them and they advised they had it in my service pouch....good place for it. I have had my vehicle serviced at Sterling for 3 yrs with no issues however the last 3 visits have not been up to par, requested service not completed on time and now the issue with the oil gasket. I tried numerous times to talk to them on the phone, only to get voice mail, I walk to the garage, no one is in their service area or at the reception desk...... More

Bad vehicle repair experience and no backup support provided I took my 2014 Ford Explorer Sport in for my sunroof that was not operating on August 10/16. Technicians said it needed a new switch which they replac I took my 2014 Ford Explorer Sport in for my sunroof that was not operating on August 10/16. Technicians said it needed a new switch which they replaced it, $600.00 a couple of days not working again. They asked that I bring it in again to look into the issue, they spoke with Ford to try and diagnose the issue, they determined the motor need replacement, additional 1100.00. I asked to have the original amount of the repair reimbursed because obviously it wasn't the issue. Since have not received a final response from the dealership, very disappointed with the end result. Will continue to pursue the matter directly with Ford. Dealt with Chad in service who indicated he was working with their Service Manager and warranty person. Very poor customer service and follow-up. More
Horrible Service work I've been going to this dealership for the past ten year - servicing my two mustangs. And my last service call was incomplete. I asked for a complet I've been going to this dealership for the past ten year - servicing my two mustangs. And my last service call was incomplete. I asked for a complete multi-point inspection on my car due to the warranty end date was coming up. Aside from the inspection I asked that the air and cabin filters be replaced, easy task. Now my understanding is a multi-point inspection would of picked up that the filters definitely needs replacement due to them being black and dirty. This was not done. Now if this wasn't done - what else did they not do. Why do I have to double check everything that this dealer does to my car. More
