Stay away from this dealership. Price and interest rate will change. Talked to sales guy Sean Casey who said interest rate of 3%. When got back to sign paper work the rate on the paper said 7.5%. this dealership tried to take advantage of my wife by double charging for a service call and then trying to get her to fix parts that were not broken. she brought in her beetle with a problem related double charging for a service call and then trying to get her to fix parts that were not broken. she brought in her beetle with a problem related to the soft top. there was a part snapped off the small door that lifts up when the top is going down. she knew this because she watched her father lean on it a snap it. so she went to the dealership and they charged her 98.95 to diagnose the problem. ??? she told them what part she needed, she told them how it happened and they still charged her to say "yes its broken alright" then they wanted another 1 hour labour plus the part to fix it. they then tried to recommend 750 dollars worth of front end work as well. I declined to deal with them any further, took the car to another dealership. the second dealership CONFIRMED that NO WORK WAS NEEDED ON THE FRONT END. they still have my 98.95 plus tax. More
