Booked an appointment because my ac was struggling when the temperatures were in the mid to high 20's. Arrived at service desk and was informed it would cost $400.00 to diagnosed the problem to see what wa the temperatures were in the mid to high 20's. I purchased the extended bumper to bumper warranty when I purchased the vehicle. So what seems to be happening is you buy extended warranty but end up paying for the repair in diagnostics work. What a scam. More

Hello, my experience with this dealership has not been good. When I purchased my 2017 Hyundai Tucson , I purchased the premium 8 year warranty and also the rust protection. Well when your signing the pape good. When I purchased my 2017 Hyundai Tucson , I purchased the premium 8 year warranty and also the rust protection. Well when your signing the papers in the financial office you tend to believe what they say because who really takes the time to read all of those papers. I was told the 8 year warranty would cover me for everything bumper to bumper and I also took the rust protection package. Well I brought my car back to kempt rd to the dealer, because I developed a crack on the side of my drivers seat. They told me I was covered but would have to make an appointment so they could determine f they could fix it or it would need to be sent somewhere else that could. So I did. After that appointment they told me they could fix it to make another appointment so I did. I did a key drop at night so they could get at the appointment time on time and I would get my car back. The phone rang at 1230 that day and I assumed it was to say my car was done, but oh no , it was to say I’m not covered for that . I was so mad because of the run around I got , I just went and picked up my car. The real sore spot was when I talked to a service tech who told me they just put my car around back of the building and then waited 5 hrs to call and give me the news. Next I noticed a rust spot on my back inside wheel well on the drivers side passengers door. I went back in and of course was told that’s not covered either. Total waste of money that was added to the car loan at the purchase day. These guys were the worst people I have ever had to deal with. The lies were a plenty. Stay away from this dealership More
We took our Ioniq in twice to have the air conditioning repaired while under warranty. They said it was a leak and “fixed” it. The Third time it fails the warranty is up and guess what. I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service after purchasing an extended warranty for my vehicle, I recently had 2021 Kona in for service and I was given a rental vehicle for five days under the term purchasing an extended warranty for my vehicle, I recently had 2021 Kona in for service and I was given a rental vehicle for five days under the terms of my extended warranty. However, they were unable to fix my vehicle within the five day period because of staffing issues causing me to have to pay out of pocket for three additional days of a rental. When I sent a letter to the service manager Jim Schimpf, to discuss this as I felt like it shouldn’t fall upon me to pay for my own rental due to staffing issues on their part, I received zero response. I went in person to try and speak to him directly, and he refused to see me. I no longer have confidence in the service levels at this dealership and the product as a whole and seriously doubt I would own another Hyundai product. A very dissatisfied Customer More
