He is courteous, professional and knows what the customer is describing in relation to vehicle troubles. Mark will contact me to let me know what the problem is and when the job is complete. I own a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.0T that has been serviced at this dealership only. I wouldn't take it any where else. I've purchased other Hyundai vehicles from this dealership with the same great work being done in the service department .
