We are quite confused by your feedback. Would love to dig in, none of what you are saying makes any sense. If you are looking for a solution please contact our service manager Jim Schimpf jschimpf@steelehyundai.com We clearly are missing something, which could be communication related. Our team is well versed in extended warranties and it would be of zero benefit for our service shop to not cover you. Steele Hyundai does not pay for warranty repairs, the warranty company would pay us, just so we are clear. If we cannot find a way to cover you two things happen: 1. We make zero $$$ 2. You do not get your car repaired Given we run an 18 bay repair shop and process thousands of $$ in warranty claims each month, you can see how we are confused by your review. Hope to hear from you.

Can you reach out with details about you or your vehicle, so we can look you up. Writing a 1 star review without your name or contact and making comments like this, really do not help anyone: "Well when your signing the papers in the financial office you tend to believe what they say because who really takes the time to read all of those papers." If we drop the ball and are wrong, we are happy to own it and tell the public what we are going to do to fix it, or if we decide not to fix it, would be happy to share that as well.

So, just so we are all on the same page: You had an Air Conditioning problem back in 2020 while your vehicle was under warranty and at that time it was repaired. You now have an Air Conditioning problem (several years later) that is not covered due to your vehicle being beyond the warranty coverage period. You are unhappy with the quote, so feel it is important to call us "jerks" and rip us on social media. Are we missing something?

Thank you for your feedback. If the case was 3 days of rental and you have an extended warranty, typically there would be no problem covering it for a warrantable item, not sure who you communicated with. We are confused by the not being able to see Jim in person, since he literally sits next to the service waiting area in an open office and is available to chat anytime. We don't recall a letter coming to the dealership, do you mean you sent an email or an actual letter. In any case, Jim will be reaching out, to clarify and is one of the best most approachable service managers in the business. He has been the Steele Hyundai service manager for just about 25 years, and pervious to that he was with another Hyundai dealership. To say he is passionate and customer focused would be an understatement.
