He listened to my needs and wants, and at no time was pushy. His knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in was impressive. Finance Ahmad was great too. He took the time to explain every option in detail, yet used no pressure tactics. Overall, I was very satisfied with my Steele Ford Lincoln experience. The service leading up to getting my truck was great. The service from the used sales manager after getting my truck was non-existent. The truck was delivered not clean, and it was agreed upon with the used car sales manager that my detailing bill would be covered once I brought the truck home. I had to re-safety the truck in Ontario and ended up needing a new water pump and pulleys which ended up costing me $2,000. I took it for an oil change a couple weeks after purchase just to ensure it there was fresh oil in it and upon Thunder Bay Fords inspection the cabin air filter was completely plugged with leaves and dirt which leads me to believe no one from Steele checked that before selling this truck. After months of trying to get reimbursement for my detail and trying to recover some of the costs for the repairs, the service is non-existent and they keep giving me the run around that they have sent or are sending a cheque to cover the detail. Still to this day have not had a response from the used car sales manager regarding the status or confirmation of the address of the cheque he sent out over a month ago. Still waiting for my cheque in the mail. More
