We had various communications with Finance Manager, Chris Casey, who helped with paper work & transfer ownership. Unfortunately, Chris wasn't available the day we picked up the vehicle however he had arranged for his co-worker, Ahmad Hasan, to assist with this process. CLASS ACT - Having been to Halifax Chrysler a week before exploring one of their products - customer service at Steel Ford is 1st class. We had no idea how bad that experience was until we got to meet Georg exploring one of their products - customer service at Steel Ford is 1st class. We had no idea how bad that experience was until we got to meet George. He was absolutely FANTASTIC. Keep him around and give that man a raise. I booked an appointment on line - he called me the next day - I expressed what we were interested in - we came in the next nite - he had a car already for us to test drive - when we got back from test drive - we saw a Bronco sitting there - he asked if we wanted to take it out - he got the keys and away we went - we ended up with the Bronco and we are happy with our decision.
