Wasn't what we had expected. We went in with our guard up as other dealerships hadn't left us with real warm & fuzzy feelings. We were very pleased with sales consultant, Wayne Haggett, who was very approachable. We had the pleasure of meeting Sales Manager, Darren Shaw, which helped with the whole sales process. We had various communications with Finance Manager, Chris Casey, who helped with paper work & transfer ownership. Unfortunately, Chris wasn't available the day we picked up the vehicle however he had arranged for his co-worker, Ahmad Hasan, to assist with this process.
