When I went to pick it up last from the dealership after having the engine and turbo charger replaced. I couldn't ever get it out of the dealership parking lot because it would not start .It is still at the dealership now getting a computer replaced. After all of this when I went to Express my frustrations to the general manager I was was told that if I had raised my voice again I would be removed off if the property. Extreamly frustrated with the way ford canada and steele ford is handling this many issues I'm having with a 1 year old vehicle that I have purchased from them. More
Unhappy customer I bought a 2017 ford escape last year . And I've had multiple defects with the vehicle . Coil has been replaced,purge valve has been replaced ,I've ha I bought a 2017 ford escape last year . And I've had multiple defects with the vehicle . Coil has been replaced,purge valve has been replaced ,I've had a leak in my trunk space twice,multiple issues with my fab keys and a small issue with my windshield wipers .In total I've had to take my brand new vehichile to the dealership 9 times. I am disgusted with the way ford is dismissing my issue of having to take my brand new vehicle back to the dealership every few months for repairs. It will be my first and last time ever purchasing a ford vehicle. More
Terrible Service 2016 Mustang with squeal on shutdown. Three times and still not fixed. Registered complaint with Ford Canada and was told that it is up to the dealer to get in touch with me... they never did. I will not return to this dealership again. More
The Service Department is bad I made an appointment two weeks ago to have my winter tires put on. My appointment was for 9 o’clock this morning and I told them I would pick my vehicle up at 4 PM. It’s now 5 PM and I am still waiting for my vehicle. Worst customer service ever. I purchased the Ford vehicle in New Glasgow at the Ford dealership there and going forward it will be worth the drive to get my service done there rather than sit in the waiting room of Steele Ford. More
Faulty and Dangerous Repair work I went for an oil change with no prior issues. They claimed I needed a transmission seal replaced. 2 axle replacements later followed by 3rd axle repl I went for an oil change with no prior issues. They claimed I needed a transmission seal replaced. 2 axle replacements later followed by 3rd axle replacement by a dealer in U.S. where I broke down, my vehicle is finally fixed. The U.S. dealership was exemplary. They truly cared about their product. They even double checked their work 4 days later to ensure everything was fine and 2700kms later still no issue. The U. S. dealer actually knew what they were doing and fixed it. They explained the axle wanted to pull out resulting in buffering. I'm lucky to be alive. They thoroughly inspected the transmission, as well, and it was fine. The entire assembly required replacing so no further issues. Similar to other reports here about Steele, Steele would argue with me about the repeated visits and lack of repair, attempted to say it was the vehicle I bought and not them, then ask me what they should do to fix it, and so on. The attempted to avoid accountability for their work and tried to shrug responsibility for the repair decisions on to me. This was a nightmare and ruined a bucket list trip for me. Made me 7 hours late for the start of a very special 4 day event. I missed the entire day registration and event start up, and an opening concert by world renowned musicians. I spent $1000s on that trip. I nor anyone on my family will ever do business with Steele Ford or any dealer associated with its owners. Everyone I know will know about this. I filed complaints with Ford Canada and the BBB. Ford Canada was supposed to get back to me within 24hrs of my initial report, its now almost 96hrs later.....nothing. I contacted them again today. They stated they contacted Steele about the matter and they have not returned their calls. Thank God I found a dealer in the U.S. who cared and fixed my car. If zero stars were an option that's what Steele would get. ***UPDATE: After 3 weeks of gamesmwith Steele Ford, including avoiding calling Ford Canada back after numerous contacts, Ford Canada is moving forward with negotiating a remedy. Ford Canada has been excellent. More

New Vehicle Purchase Just purchased a 2017 Ford Escape (Titanium model). Our sales advisor, Bob Powers was excellent! He went above and beyond explaining the new feature Just purchased a 2017 Ford Escape (Titanium model). Our sales advisor, Bob Powers was excellent! He went above and beyond explaining the new features of this amazing vehicle. He answered all of my questions and then some!! My husband and I have dealt with Bob in the past and will continue to do so. He responds to a call/text right away and is always there to help. Thanks Bob!! The only issue I had which had nothing to do with Bob, is that the detailing was not as thorough as I would expect especially on a brand new car. More

Will be making a formal complaint about this dealership. They try to get you to pay out of pocket while the service is supposedly under warranty and this last visit they "conveniently" told us the warranty JUST ran out. Surprise, surprise. Even though we know the warranty was still in place (it's based off of kms) There's also a well known issue when it comes to the 2015 Focus transmissions and we were placed on a waiting list for MONTHS to get it replaced. Upon arriving at our appointment we were then informed they do a test to see if the transmission needs to be replaced- meaning if it doesn't do the stuttering at that EXACT moment, you don't get the replacement. Complete and utter bull. Never going back there. More

I bought my truck over the phone and when I got there to sign the papers and see it in person everything was done and ready to go and the truck exceeded all expectations. Again grate job More
