We couldn't believe the deal we were able to obtain and drove away in a new 2019 Ford Escape SEL. We also received assistance from Sandy Chedraoui who was more than thorough in reviewing all options that were available in regard to financing and extra maintenance packages that were available. Go to another type of dealership!!!! Got a brand new 2018 Ford Escape from Ford a few weeks ago. Took it home and found out that the trunk doesn’t open. Brought my vehicle in twice for nothing (one time for them to figure out what was wrong with it, and the next time they had the part to fix it but apparently it wasn’t the right one so had to wait AGAIN for another part to be brought in), now have to bring it again a week later since that’s the earliest appointment and all this through trying to move with a trunk I can’t even use. Couldn’t get me a rental vehicle or do anything else for me. The lady that works at the service desk is really kind, but the person I bought the vehicle from was more or less good for nothing. Basically didn’t even make sure something as simple as a trunk is working properly. This is my second vehicle from ford and I had nothing but problems with that one too. Lesson learned, never buying another vehicle from ford. BE CAREFUL. More
