Great Sales Person We were dealing with Cameron Fillmore one of the sales staff at the dealership. He was excellent to deal with. If he didn’t know the answer he would track someone down and get the answer. He was very professional in doing his job. I would deal with him again. Go to another type of dealership!!!! Got a brand new 2018 Ford Escape from Ford a few weeks ago. Took it home and found out that the trunk doesn’t open. Brought my vehicle in twice for nothing (one time for them to figure out what was wrong with it, and the next time they had the part to fix it but apparently it wasn’t the right one so had to wait AGAIN for another part to be brought in), now have to bring it again a week later since that’s the earliest appointment and all this through trying to move with a trunk I can’t even use. Couldn’t get me a rental vehicle or do anything else for me. The lady that works at the service desk is really kind, but the person I bought the vehicle from was more or less good for nothing. Basically didn’t even make sure something as simple as a trunk is working properly. This is my second vehicle from ford and I had nothing but problems with that one too. Lesson learned, never buying another vehicle from ford. BE CAREFUL. More

I never felt pressured into the sale from the first visit to the last. Explained all the options of the vehicle and was always ready to step aside when my wife and I wanted to discuss something in confidence. Day of the sale went smoothly and everything was ready when we arrived. Sammy(Finance) Very friendly and when we got to the business of the various options on maintenance we never felt the pressure of been Upsold on any thing. He had everything hand written down on the various options and while chatting with him we could clearly see the option we took was the best and the good part was that after we left his office we still felt that it was the best option. Over all it was a no pressure sales job by both George & Sammy and we were completely satisfied. On a negative note my wife wanted a white or red escape but because we were getting snow tires and undercoating those colors were not available to us. Apparently those colors had to be bought in and even after we suggested we pay for this it couldn't be done. More

Repaired the Wrong Thing I sent my daughter to this dealership with the thought that she wouldn't get taken advantage of, as she is young and a student. After bringing her car I sent my daughter to this dealership with the thought that she wouldn't get taken advantage of, as she is young and a student. After bringing her car in due to a loud noise that was occurring at different speeds when driving, they charged her over $1000 and changed the air conditioning fan. Clearly they never took it for a test drive or had it on the hoist to look at what the issue might actually be. On her way home from the dealership, the noise continued. A call was put in to have somebody deal with the real issue and, to this day, we have not had a call back. This is so disappointing and the worst experience we have ever had. She went to another mechanic at a different garage and they found the problem, fixed it (for $124) and sent her on her merry way. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone! More
