Our sales rep met us in the parking lot - sent great info in advance. Tracey had gloves ready for us and we drove the vehicle that we thought we wanted - then drove the F150 and were "sold". The paperwork was quick and easy and we had the truck in the driveway in 2 days. All good! (Sometimes my husband goes to the window and starts the truck from his phone....just because he can.) We were planning on purchasing a new vehicle this year; got a little nervous when things started to go wrong with our Ford Focus, which was out of warranty, in the mist of Covid-19. Concerned that dealersh got a little nervous when things started to go wrong with our Ford Focus, which was out of warranty, in the mist of Covid-19. Concerned that dealerships might choose to close or that the government would close places including dealerships we wondered what would happen if our car failed us completely. So we spent an evening online looking at what was available. Not much else to do anyway,with no sports on tv and being encouraged to stay home. We went after hours to take a look at the models on the lot to get an idea of size, etc. They don't make the Focus anymore so we took a serious look at the Ecosport. We did just about everything remotely. Specs and financing quotes were sent to us by email and we arranged the financing over the phone. All the paperwork was prepared for us to pop-in, by appointment to observe physical distancing, to sign. Then drove away in our new 2019 Ecosport Titanium. There are some good incentives to be had during this Covid-19 pandemic too. Thanks to Wayne and his undivided attention to our predicament and needs. This is the 4th vehicle we've purchased from him and our 7th from Steeler Ford! More
