The financial manager, Ahmad, was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He ensured that given the current state of emergency, the paperwork and sale of the vehicle went seamlessly. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Me and my wife decided we were going to upgrade our vehicles so we looked around at diffrent dealerships. Found ones we both liked here at ford and decided to test drive them. On t going to upgrade our vehicles so we looked around at diffrent dealerships. Found ones we both liked here at ford and decided to test drive them. On the test drive there was jumper cables in the vehicle and it was also brought to our attention but that the problem would be fixed..this isn’t a small dealership so we trusted there word.Bought two vehicles from the pre owned section 5 months ago with the extended warranty.so fast forward to now the battery basically blew up and corroded the wiring harness. There was phone calls made and was told because it hasn’t been a week I’m on my own and the 1000$ bill isn’t going to be covered even with the warranty that I paid for.i would never buy or tell someone to buy from this place again More
