Friendly and personal experience. I had originally came in after visiting several dealerships looking for a Ford Fiesta. Unfortunately, it had just been sold. Nevertheless, Rick sat me down and we went over all the the cars the fit into my price range and met all my criteria. I had never considered looking into a corolla, but he has suggested it and I fell in love with it in an instant. For the same model and trim level other dealerships were asking for a substantially higher starting price. Shannah was great about answering all my questions about the financing and very helpful in explaining all of my options and paperwork. Lastly, because of my tight (and continuously changing) it was very difficult to find a time to trade in and exchange cars. Graham offered to help by driving to my work on break and just doing it there. Overall, it was an awesome experience and I will recommend Steele Chrysler for anyone looking. More

He broke down all of the features and helped me decide which ones were right for me, and which ones weren't. When I worked with Shannah Harvery in finance, she was amazing as well. She made sure my loan was right for me, and went over all of the options I had with extended warrantees. She made sure I was completely satisfied with what I was getting, and that the payment structure (monthly vs. bi-weekly) met my needs. This was my first new vehicle purchase, and let me tell you, all my anxieties about my preconceived notions were diminished. I would highly recommend this dealership, and these reps to anyone! More

The two glitches that occurred were a long wait to get the undercoating done, which was thrown in as part of the deal. However, this was not the dealer's fault as the undercoating was outsourced to another company. Also they discovered that there was a recall on the car for a headlight problem that I will have to have repaired at a Chrysler dealer near my home.Other than that I was pleased with the service. Helpful to all I drove in to see if I could get a Caravan because getting into a car is harder for me these days. I have CP plus a very bad back. James Anderson saw that even if I got a Caravan I'd still have trouble getting in and out. So he introduced my wife and I to a Fiat 500L. He treated us very well and was very knowledgeable and so far the Fiat is a perfect match. If you go to 44 Bedford Hwy Dodge you must find James. My wife and I think he's great Shannah Harvey was the next person that we dealt with who deals with the finance end. She was sweet and wonderful to deal with us taking us step by step through the finance of the car. She was very patient with us and made sure that we understood everything. However, I couldn't help but check out Steele Chrysler due to the amazingly low prices on their used vehicles. The salesman, Dylan was easy to talk to and, despite the already low price on the vehicle we were looking at, was still willing to negotiate. There was much back & forth but the whole process was pleasant, making the entire experience enjoyable. I even got an outstanding trade-in value for my clunker. I usually avoid large dealerships such as this but Steele Chrysler will be the first place I look next time a member of my family is in the market for a vehicle. More

Purchased a New to Me Pre-owned Car I was looking to buy a new to me pre-owned car for my daughters to drive with safety and price being very important to me. I worked with James and bought a 2014 Hyundai Accent, which my daughter's love. James was great to deal with during this process. Shortly after purchasing the car there was a small issue that needed to be dealt with. James stepped up and provided us with a new 2016 Patriot Jeep to drive while the car was being serviced. He has provided great follow up service since I purchased the car and had it serviced. I would highly recommend James if looking for a new or pre-owned car. More
