This all changed when I walked into Steele Chrysler and met James Anderson. He completely turned my truck buy experience around. He didn't try to fast talk me, bs me or sucker me into a deal. He was clear and very knowledgeable and his goal was to make me satisfied right from the get go. He was very honest and got my into a truck that I absolutely love. Paul Newman did the financing for me and i just about cried whwn i got the phone call for approval, paul is definately a wizard with numbers and dealing with banks. So satisfied by the experience that I will be recommending James and Steele to all my friends and family and more then likely will be a repeat customer in the future. A++++++++ More

So we got the truck to the shop, I was also meeting with Paul Newman who told me the truck was a 5.7 hemi (because that was on the site) so when I went to see the truck I noticed the second my eyes laid on it that it wasn't a hemi because it didn't have the badge so I asked again and Paul said it was, after a quick chat with curly he threw in a 1000$ cash offer. Typical offer. So we start signing papers and getting everything organized then it comes out the truck is a 4.7 so I then said it kind of was a deal breaker and curly didn't throw anything else in for a offer, I also asked about the Internet savings and no one had a clue that existed. So after all the paper work gets sorted out we were told truck was to be inspected again (another dealership said it passed) so curly said it was his day off next and then we show up to pick up the truck up the next day after curly telling me he's gonna come in 530 to get the finial papers ready. Next day arrives and we go there at 530 me my girlfriend and our baby and we were there for 60 minutes before I Started getting real pissed off, Paul Newman was there and decided not to tell me that the truck failed inspection that afternoon at 12, I called curly after waiting for him for almost an hour and a half and he basically says he's at a beach and wasn't at the shop at all and he knew that the TRUCK DIDNT PASS and didn't tell me!! He didn't call, Paul never spoke up and when I showed up to get my refund back, he said it was Pauls fault he "didn't have the xxxxx and wasn't man enough to tell me but he should have" and then immediately shifted the blame to Paul. All in all it was the worst dealership I ever dealt with, I wouldn't recommend anyone go there. Go anywhere but there. What a joke! Wasted my time because he wanted to go to the beach. Thanks again for showing me what place to avoid! More
customer service I have had my Dodge Journey for a few months now and have waited more than 38 minutes on Hold trying to mark a service appointment for regular mainten I have had my Dodge Journey for a few months now and have waited more than 38 minutes on Hold trying to mark a service appointment for regular maintenance and a Safety Recall (#S08 - steering system failure). I had phoned earlier in the day and left my number for the Service Bookers to call me back, as instructed. They did not call back. I phoned again and was on hold for more than an hour before someone answered. By the time the Service Booker answered I had contacted another, non Steele Group, dealer and was in the process of booking an appointment. Not only is the Service Dept dismal with regards to contacting, it does not open until 07;30 which is not good for someone who needs to be at work for 0715, First shuttle run is at 0800 and only turns south when leaving the dealership, towards the downtown. Customers who have to go North of the dealership have to wait until all customers heading downtown are dropped off, even if their destination is less than a 5 minute drive from the dealership. This is the second vehicle I purchased from this dealership. I have no intention of returning there for sales or service. More

Service Department and overcharging Bought a vehicle from them going on 5 years love the car any always went to them for servicing but after today never again had an oil change and tires Bought a vehicle from them going on 5 years love the car any always went to them for servicing but after today never again had an oil change and tires installed paid the bill now first time every looking at it hard and discovered that they charge a percentage of every job and list it as shop supplies but when I asked what it covers no answer just told every shop does it, now I understand that there is supplies needed for servicing but on all the receipts now that I had a chance to go through them I suspect I have been paying extra fees not knowing what they are on every bill for example today my receipt showed the following, Lube oil and filter $18.75 labour charge environmental charges $4.50 parts charge oil change $31.55 parts charge windshield washer $3.25 parts charge install and balance 2 tires $50.00 labour charge tires $215.96 parts charge tire tax $9.00 parts charge End of bill for total Labour $68.75 Parts $264.26 Supplies $7.56 (percentage charge) total with tax $391.66 I will assume that I am paying for tool rental, rubber gloves and shop towels Plus I had asked about wheel alignment as I had one done in Sept 2015 and gone through 2 sets of tires and the answer I received when I asked how long does it last the answer I got no time frame you could drive out of service bay and hit a pothole no more alignment so why get them especially if I already need to replace my tires every year Morale of this storey always be aware and look at the bill More

I spent a good bit of time working in customer service for the US Postal Service and was a certified training officer for prospective window clerks for many years, so yes, I do know something about what good customer service looks like. Both the professionals I worked with(Rick and Jennifer) exuded the perfect combination of knowledge and friendliness that made me relax and ask for and most importantly get just what I wanted. They were patient and thorough in their explanations and extremely well organized it seems to me. I met with Jennifer twice and she is ever so organized with her lists and papers and makes sure she went over everything ( sometimes she asked just to make sure). Rick was extremely knowledgeable of the vehicles I was looking at and helpful throughout the process. I felt zero pressure and he got me what I wanted at what I believe to be a very decent price. I got think I got plenty of "Ram" for my money! I'm pleased. More
