He went a step further and even programmed my phone which may not seem like much but it was huge to me. The extra little details go along way. Each place we went to took a horrible amount of our time (assuming a delay tactic of sorts) that we would find the experience negative by the time we left. However, when we arrived at Steele and met Rick it was a breathe of fresh air. Immediately, we were able to get down to brass tacks and find the truck that we were looking for. We now own the truck we want (actually more of a truck than we thought we were going to get) and are very happy with the experience. Additionally, Jenn in finance was great and has a wonderfully cheery personality. The dealership was very clean and holds a friendly atmosphere.
