As soon as we walked into the showroom, we were greeted by very friendly staff. Rick Keseluk, was our salesman. After taking a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a test drive, we decided we wanted one. As we discussed what it would cost, we never felt pressured by Rick at any time (that is huge to me). I was interested in a black 2017 Cherokee. But, there was only 1 in the Maritimes and that was at another dealership. When we left, Rick said he would call us when he finds out if he can get it for us. That night, he called to say it was spoken for. But, he could get a Crystal Grey one. I visited the showroom the next day to get an idea of what the colour looked like. I really liked it. 3 days later, we picked up our new 2017 Grand Cherokee. Rick bent over backwards to accommodate us. We highly recommend him to our friends. All the staff were great. More

Pre-owned purchase We were in the market for a Caravan and had visited several dealerships looking for our new vehicle. When we first got to Steele Chrysler there were a few decent options but nothing that really "wowed" us. We were looking at their inventory for about 5 minutes before our salesperson, James Anderson, introduced himself. He listened to what we were looking for and, even though we left the lot on day one, continued to work on finding the right vehicle for us. A few days after our initial meeting, he contacted us with the PERFECT vehicle for us. Low kms, every option we wanted and then some. What stands out to us about James was his demeanor. At first we thought he was a bit "stand offish" but that, we realized after working with him further, is because he doesn't seem to want to push you into a decision. He knew what we wanted and what he had at the time. He didn't push us to buy something we didn't want, and was respectful of our preferences. Within 3 days James found our ideal car and we couldn't be happier. More
