Bought a used SUV from them. Worst decision I have made in a while. Lied about it being inspected, as is provable by the fact that when it was traded in they noted the cracked ex Worst decision I have made in a while. Sadly for them they accidentally gave me the paperwork that proves they lied while stumbling around trying to find me the inspection certificate that they failed to provide. Two of the 4 they eventually gave me have my vehicle info but don't match the date on my sticker. Three other shops have given me written proof that this vehicle would not have passed an inspection. I also got sold a couple of warranties that as it turns out the vehicle doesn't qualify for. So I am out a bunch for those as well. I spent a pile of money on a vehicle that wasn't even close to roadworthy. Since I am the idiot that bought it I will pay to fix it, but it won't be done at their shop and everyone I speak to will know. This dealership as a whole proves why car salesmen have such a bad reputation. I would give them zero stars if I could. More

Bought a used Chevrolet truck from them. The second day after after purchase the fan sensor and the Thermostat housing sensor went.. That cost $490 to replace. In less than three days of purchase the transmission went on the vehicle. We were told that after we left the Halifax, Dartmouth area there was no kind of warranty on the vehicle. We had advised them that our son needed the vehicle to get to a job in Alberta and they knew we didn’t live in the Halifax Dartmouth area. The transmission was replaced by a Chev dealer in Ontario and the Service Rep there spoke to the Service Rep at Steele but to no avail. New transmission cost $8300. This is a truly heartless More

Put my suv in to get a rear motor seal changed , I had a new manifold put on by them less a year ago they broke it then tried tell me it was split and said it be 1223 .00 replace it .. then few hours later new manifold put on by them less a year ago they broke it then tried tell me it was split and said it be 1223 .00 replace it .. then few hours later I get another video and they tell me my seal in my transmission is leaking and it 359.00 to replace this is on top of the 2649 .00 to pay for the rear motor seal .. my manifold was under warranty for 3 years so I said no I wasn’t paying the 1200 and I refuse pay the transmission cost because it didn’t leak the day it was dropped off . We ended up paying 2769.80 in total this garage seems to always add more on or break stuff and try get you pay for what they break .. I will never buy another gmc or deal with this garage More
