I was skeptical because they are all the same right?! But I must say the experience was organized, professional and just the right amount of friendly without feeling like they're auditioning to be my best friend. Good job Stampede Toyota. ( I purchased my first new vehicle in 1977 and have purchased many since) I had been to another Toyota dealer which was the worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a vehicle. I wanted a Toyota so I got in touch with Candice Anderson at Stampede Toyota and she found the exact vehicle I was looking for. I told her what other options I would like to include. We discussed the price, there was no BS like the previous dealer I was at. Candice was honest and reliable, everything she said was done just as she said it would be. There was no extra cost's involved. I feel I got a great deal and I know I got great service. Thank You Candice! Regards, Dean More

Sketchy sale practices and not too honest Bought an used 2014 4runner and the purchase experience was not too enjoyable, sale people put a lot of pressure, they are hard to negotiate with and Bought an used 2014 4runner and the purchase experience was not too enjoyable, sale people put a lot of pressure, they are hard to negotiate with and as soon as you buy they try to get you out of their hair if you have some questions. The only good experience was with Gerome, he is pretty friendly and helpful explaining how everything works. Also they charged me with the dealer fees which a few months later I learned that they are not supposed to do, so be carful with that if you deal with them. Now, almost a year later, I just received a letter from Adam Boyd with want to appear to be the copy of an email he received saying that he need to contact me because they want me to sell them my car back so they can re-sell it in USA since they are in high demand and I will get a super deal if I trade-in. So this is obviously a pretty sketchy tactic to get people in to trade in their used cars. Luckily for me I do not want anything to do with that dealer ever again. More

Watch out for hidden fees at time of signing! I bought my car in 2013. I was told by my sales agent that financing insurance was mandatory in case of death/disability even though I had this cover I bought my car in 2013. I was told by my sales agent that financing insurance was mandatory in case of death/disability even though I had this coverage with my work. It cost an extra $2027 for it that I didn't need or want. Then at the time of signing for financing, there was a $688 charge for nitrogen on the bill. If I knew it would cost $688 instead of about $10 per tire like at most other shops, I would not have agreed. The MSRP for my car is listed at $29,260 but after selected options were added, there was an extra $1400 unaccounted for (or atleast not clearly listed or broken down on the sales invoice). Do dealers mark up the values from the MSRP? Maybe that's what it was for. There were other fees: $394 admin/acquisition and $388 doc fees. All other fees I can understand like freight & PDI, block heater, tire levy, excise air tax, and GST. I blame the sales agent (J.H.) for sneaking in these extra fees but it looks like he's no longer there. For my next car purchase, I will definitely go with another Toyota dealer. I hope you future new-car-buyers out there will be more careful than I was at the time of signing. I've definitely learned my lesson. Always ask for the full cost-breakdown before signing and understand the difference between legit and bullsh*t fees. Other than the hidden (unwarranted) costs, the rest of the car buying experience was good. More
