I went for my toyota highlander maintance service. Adam Kumi (Product Advisor) was wonderful at finding out information I needed regarding my car. He went above and beyond to find it out and I was very impressed with his service. Hieu Le (New Vehicle Sales Manager) was also incredible! He also helped me with part of the information I needed. He was very pleasant to deal with and also went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get what I was looking for on my car. They also have an amazing manicure service for their clients that may decide to wait for the service been done. Chin is amazing! The nice lady that does the manicure service, and her work is amazing! They also offer you a shuttle service to take you to your home or office, in case you can't wait for the service to be done, also pick up so you can come for your car. I recommend them and you will not be disappointed! If by any chance you have any issues, talk to the manager. I hear he is amazing as well and will resolve it for you or make things better. More

From Hieu (honest. real, friendly), to Adam (friendly and honest) to Melissa (genuine and efficient) and Paul who showed us the many feature of our new car to all of the staff who we felt went out of their way to welcome us. If felt very warm amongst the staff and was passed on to us as customers. We even came back the day after to ask a question re: how something works with the new car and Hieu took the time to actually show us on his vehicle - above and beyond. Unfortunately the sales staff tried to sneak it past us that the vehicle had a history of being a rental.. only to later admit that’s why the price was under value. We decided we still liked the vehicle anyways and moved forward with the purchase until we met the nightmare of a sales lady who seemed to harsly judge us for having lots of cash to put down and asking where it came from. Then completely turned into a snob when we said flat out we aren’t interested in the warranty and said the best rate she could get us was 11.9% to finance the remaining balance of the vehicle. We left knowing full well with our credit and having already shopped around we could get 7-9% anywhere else. I strongly recommend you don’t buy here. More

It usually depended on the initial sales person you encounter, they set the tone of the experience. At Stampede Toyota we ran into Dalton Rettman on our initial visit. We liked the way he answered our questions, straight forward and upfont. Dalton was the reason we came back to Stampede. Dalton was great, there was never any pressure to buy, any questions ever asked where answered with honest and upfont answers. Ay e-mails or phone calls where always returned promptly. We found him to be very knowledgeable about the vehicle and his estimated build and ship dates where right on the money. Thanks Dalton! I believe the tone of the sales people are a result of the dealership management, so I give them a thumbs up too. At this time I have no problem in giving Stampede Toyota a good recommendation. More

Stampede Toyota came to my rescue at a very tough time. Have you tried to find a new car in Calgary lately? Crazy stuff. And I needed a vehicle urgently. Stampede Toyota didn't have my used car preference of a basic Corolla, but they did come up with a Honda Civic. Saved the day! And for a Sales Representative they came up with this kid I remembered from high school when he was a student and I was a counsellor. (We're talking back in the '80's so he's not exactly a kid anymore. Nor am I exactly a counsellor anymore.) Don E. did a great job of guiding me through the process and I genuinely enjoyed dealing with him and getting to know him. In the Finance Department James G. explained all I needed to know very clearly and expedited the process with great efficiency. Now I can't commit to buying my next car at Stampede. I suspect and even hope that this is the last car I buy. But having been a happy Toyota customer for more than half a century, I was confident that my problem could be solved at STAMPEDE TOYOTA. More
