We got the run around from another dealership so we decided to try Calgary. There was a used Kia Sorento we wanted and Rose the sales agent put us on whatsapp and showed us the SUV on video and answer decided to try Calgary. I phoned the nissan stadium Calgary service center to have my nissan juke cvt transmission fluid flushing.They give me a quote less than somewhere else,I asked to check again the price as I got a quote l have my nissan juke cvt transmission fluid flushing.They give me a quote less than somewhere else,I asked to check again the price as I got a quote less than their, the lady confirm the price and the service. Today I got the work done it was fluid change only and not fluid flushing which uses twice quantity of oil. My phone conversation was recorded for quality I asked them to listen to it.After listening to it they apologize for the miscommunication.I am wondering how qualified they are if they don’t differentiate between oil change and oil flushing. I will never return to them again. More

I understand Nissan is more of an "economy" brand, however, not having a shuttle service for your customers while their car is out of commission seems like anything the most basic of dealerships shoul however, not having a shuttle service for your customers while their car is out of commission seems like anything the most basic of dealerships should offer. The last 4 times I have brought my car to this dealership for service, my car was returned to me dirtier than when I dropped it off. My most recent experience this week of having my windshield changed: - I dropped off my car at 930AM, I was offered C-Train tickets, I could get a "rental car" or I could wait for "a few hours", I just ubered home at my cost. - I got a text that my car was completed around 130PM, when I picked up my car at 330PM, my car was left UNLOCKED in their parking lot. This is completely unacceptable. The service is always atrocious, the service advisors are not friendly at all and make you feel like you're wasting their time. Between them and their appointment coordinators that take payment, and don't acknowledge you when you're standing right in front of them, I will be picking up my winter tires from there and going to another Nissan dealership. More
