Great service I needed some tires for my Pathfinder, and Stadium is super close to were I work. They got them in the same day and put the tires on the same day too. Since then I've been doing all my oil changes and stuff there and everyone is friendly. The sales guys talk to me and are nice even tho the know I'm not buying a new car. 100% super awesome. More

While sitting waiting for my car to get appraised, it was what I heard that shocked me. Management in the office a few steps away slurring racial remarks of the couple that sat just an office away. Then to go on about some raunchy sex-capade he was proud to boast. It's gets better...waaay better. After hearing the value of my trade in (expected), these guys obviously don't know there's such a thing as a website, tried to sell me a Murano over the retail cost on the website, and what other (honest) dealerships sell them for.. They actually reveal a window sticker. When I asked why I was paying more for the vehicle here, the young salesperson looked stunned, panicked.. Did not have an answer, and ran to the office where the sales manager continued to act like a teenager just hitting puberty. Needless to say, Stadium Nissan, every minute I spent trying to buy a car was a joke. I'm ashamed to know that you treat and speak of people the way you do, and think that in today's market try to scam the public who work hard making an honest living. Shame on you! More

I was a previous customer at Stadium and had bad experiences, but thought I would give them one more chance since the tire special they had was a very good price. In addition to the tires, I reques experiences, but thought I would give them one more chance since the tire special they had was a very good price. In addition to the tires, I requested to have roof cross bars installed that I had already paid $320 for the parts from Stadium (so already they made a margin from me). This should be a 10-15 min job by a junior mechanic when I arrived they had charged me 1 hour to install at $135/hr so I had to argue with them and they reduced it down to 30 mins at still $135/hr rate. Seriously, losing someone's business over charging a outrageous amount for installing something that should be done in 10 mins. Considering they charged $40 to install 4 tires and balance something doesn't quite compute! I would not recommend Stadium and will return to Royal Oak where I switched to even though they are not convienient for where I live, but the service has been good. More
