Great amazing the best! Everyone who is thinking about buying the car (either new, or used) or needs to service the car, GO STRAIGHT TO THE STADIUM NISSAN!!! Let me share Everyone who is thinking about buying the car (either new, or used) or needs to service the car, GO STRAIGHT TO THE STADIUM NISSAN!!! Let me share my experience with you. I walked into Stadium Nissan with plan to trade my old vehicle and purchase some pre-owned vehicle. Before we went there, we checked out their website and found one vehicle we might be interested in. Previously, we had very very bad experience with different dealership, so we were hoping that Stadium Nissan will change our opinion on canadian dealerships. And they definitely did! Since the moment I walked in I was feeling appreciated and welcomed. Our advisor was Bruce Keen. He showed us their inventory, explained details about every type of car (we might be interested in - we were looking for some SUV). We were interested in taking one pre-owned Nissan Murano for a ride. They arranged the ride for us very quickly, warmed up the car, cleaned it from snow and brought it to right in front of dealership (so we didn't have to walk anywhere). I didn't like the car so much (I wanted to buy something bigger), so I asked what else do they have (in meanwhile they test drove our old vehicle and gave us quote for trade-in). Bruce happily offered us two of their used Pathfinders to choose from. We chose one, took it for a ride. The car was great, we were glad we found one. There was only one concern about temperature of the engine (we never had Pathfinder before so we weren't sure if that's how it is supposed to be), so he went to get the second Pathfinder, started the engine, let it warm up and showed us (compared) both engine temperatures (so he made sure we were happy with the car we have chosen and everything was working as it is supposed to.) We decided to buy Pathfinder 2013, we applied for financing, went to get an insurance, came back to Stadium Nissan and were ready to pickup the car. Oh, did I mention everything I talked about was during New Years Eve's day? December 31? Everyone was totally friendly and nobody made us feel like hey guys get out of here we want to go and celebrate. Nothing at all. Anyway - the car was ready to pickup after not even 2hrs since we decided. There was a little issue - the bank was already closed so we couldn't finish the buying process. Not an issue for Stadium Nissan! We traded our vehicle anyways, they gave us loan car to take home. New Year's Day they were closed, so we arranged pickup for our new car next day - January 2nd. All employees were very very friendly, need to mention Bruce from sales, Selena from financing, Adam from service, Sales manager and delivery guy (sorry guys but I can't remember your names, but ALL OF YOU ARE AMAZING!!). On my way home with my new car I noticed noise coming from the front of the car. Called Bruce right away after I arrived home. He told me to bring the car ASAP, they will take care of it. As far as we are from out of city, we needed a couple days to arrange our way to Calgary again. We dropped of the car Monday morning. My fiancee went for a ride with service advisor to show him what noise are we concerned about. He said in his opinion it might be wheel bearing, told us to have a coffee and wait a few minutes to have them check the car out. It was litteraly FEW minutes! Didn't even have time to make a coffee (lol). Adam came to us and told us that the car should be ready next day. All good. Got the loan car again. We went back home (Canmore) and after 3 hrs, Adam from service called us that the car is all ready for us! I have never had such a great experience with service before! (of course it was covered by Stadium Nissan). After that, we used Nissan service a couple more times, everytime it was unforgettable amazing great the best experience. I would never believe I'll say it one day - but I am happy to go to the service with my car! Thank you very very much for making me happy customer! Will be back again and definitely will send everyone who we know to buy the car at your dealership! P.S.: AGAIN: Everyone who is thinking about buying the car (either new, or used) or needs to service the car, GO STRAIGHT TO THE STADIUM NISSAN!!! More

Approval nightmare I came in to upgrade to a Nissan Rouge. Scott and Stefan were amazing the day I came in to apply for a new finance. Unfortunately, the application pr I came in to upgrade to a Nissan Rouge. Scott and Stefan were amazing the day I came in to apply for a new finance. Unfortunately, the application process and delivery were a nightmare. Stefan left the company and application was passed to a girl name Celina who called me with an unfriendly attitude. During my first visit, I made it clear I would only approve one Credit Check. When Celina called me she asked when would I come to pick my new vehicle, I mentioned the next Friday. She hid that application was not approved and that she would check my credit 2 more times with other financial institutions. She told me she would contact me the same day but it was not until 2 days after that she called me back. She then proceeded to offer me a high interest financing option when I am a part of the VPP(Vehicle Purchase Plan) with another financial institution. I then realized my credit was hit 3 times and told her, she apologized but did nothing to be accountable on resolving the issue. She said "well I did not know you did not authorized another credit check". Instead of owning the principle of "it is not my fault but it is my problem". For some reason she transferred my file to Tom, who was great the first day I came into the agency and who tried to help me get into the VPP program. However, after sending him emails and leaving a voicemail I did not hear from him the day after to let me know if my deal was approved according to terms and conditions from first day or not. I do not know why they would not want my business but they have lacked professionalism. It does not take more than few seconds to call back or email saying "we are still working on it, thank you for your patience". If you promise you will follow up at a certain time or date as a professional customer service rep you follow through and keep your word. I would not recommend this agency as a place to do business with since they do not make you feel appreciated and as a valued client. More

I s I went into your business this morning with the intention to buy a quasai(?) to replace my 15 year old scrolls. I was the scruffy looking old man. I sat on the ledge in the showroom and watched salesmen inside and out walking around and not waiting on anyone. I then found a white car that was the model I was looking for. I sat in the drivers seat for 15 minutes and no one came around although a few sales people walked by, I thought that if this is what sales is like? How bad can service be. I got up and left. Guess I will be. Uyinh anothet Toyota. More

We will tell you what to Initially we approached Royal Oak Nissan to purchase a new vehicle. However, we did not care for their "We will control you. We will tell you what to do" approach, so we backed off. We then went to Stadium Nissan and in a matter of minutes reached an agreement on a 2015 truck. There was no high pressure salesmanship. I felt we were treated quite fairly. The financing terms could have been better but, hey, you can't have everything! I do not know all the reasons for one-star ratings, however, we have had no reason with our new Nissan to go back and I suppose that is good news for Nissan. We are very happy with our new vehicle. We found the dealership to be well laid out, clean and very presentable. The staff were friendly and respectful. The handover process was done very professionally. We would go back. And here is the kicker. When it came time to determine a trade-in value on our previous vehicle, they gave us more than we were asking for our car. That alone deserves a visit. Go for it!! Good luck!! More

It had relatively low mileage so I had him take it to Stadium Nissan. After a couple of days and $1200 they sent him home with a bunch of new electronic stuff including a new cam sensor. The car would not start the next morning. After taking the car back a second time he was told he would require a new wire harness. Only their service department has ever worked on the wiring. My son had a heated discussion with the service manager and was told to get out and not return. I called them myself and told them they should refund his money in full and was told that the repairs were needed. Obviously not. I told the service manager the problem was not electrical from the start. His own staff told my son the vehicle was severely flooded. Does this sound like an electrical issue? The car now has now power, will not start and sits in my driveway. I recently found what the real problem is and as I had indicated the problem is not electrical. Big surprise. Unfortunately it is probable too costly to fix the original problem as well as the repair mess in the wiring. No More Nissan's for Me Bill Ritchie More
