Wasted Day Compliments of St. Thomas Ford Lincoln Arranged on Tuesday for a Friday service appointment. Requested the spark plugs to be changed and a new seal and cover for the rear differential hub o Arranged on Tuesday for a Friday service appointment. Requested the spark plugs to be changed and a new seal and cover for the rear differential hub on my Ford Ranger, which has been serviced at this location several times previous so they had all the vehicle info required. Received a voice mail 3 hours and 15 minutes after dropping my truck off that I could come and get it. BUT they did not have any Ford spark plugs in stock and the seal and cover had not been ordered so I could arrange another appointment with the service techs. SO the truck is sitting in my driveway still leaking gear oil onto the interlock pavers and I am searching for a garage to repair my vehicle. I have no issue with the service techs who booked my truck in, the service management/booking department and/or parts manager dropped the ball on this one. Day off work + St. Thomas Ford Lincoln+No service = Never Again More
