2020 Explorer Randy Jacques did a good job . He was courteous and gave us some good pointers on purchasing a new Explorer. Ford was not easy to deal with. Their Randy Jacques did a good job . Their business policy was not to fill my order, even after 4 months because it was not a Limited or Platinum. Randy did the best he could to offer suggestions. I did decide to purchase an Explorer that was on the lot because I was tired of waiting.
