Duane was knowledgeable and helpful with the whole process. I must take moment here to say how happy i am but what they would call customer service, I have previously years before also worked in customer service and am well aware at what it costs not only to lose a customer, given the thousands of dollars people choose to spend on your product so it's extremely important to make good impressions for retention and loyalty. overall my experience with duane was great he was never pushy and worked at my pace. i noticed on delivery that the bumper was sticking out and he just said to come back when i can so he can do something about it. again thank you to st. albert honda for making my experience a great one. More
Not recommended to buy used cars I brought a Hyundai Elantra 2013 last year May and thats end of winter time, weather was still cold and when i buy the care I didn’t check the Air con I brought a Hyundai Elantra 2013 last year May and thats end of winter time, weather was still cold and when i buy the care I didn’t check the Air conditioner in car well , and july i try to use the car air conditioner and its not getting cold and that time i was in Hinton for summer job and text to sale guy in honda and he said bring to see , because of lack of time to bring to Honda I contact them this year January and February and one time they ask me diagnostic fee of $150( i had one year guarantee till end of May 2019.) i again said why charging 150 it was not working since i buy the car and service manager email me to bring the car to check I reply him I cannot come this month ( March 2019) will come next month, after I emailed them back to service manager, General manager , sales manager no one reply me back until now. Now my guarantee period finished and not got any help from them at all. I love honda cars . But in future I will not go to st Albert Honda for any business. They don’t care about you after they sold something to you. My advice go to different dealers. Anyone want i have all there emails and prof of what i am mentioning here. More

Like Gio, she didn't pressure me for anything I didn't want. And having had Service here in the past for my Honda Fit, I know my Accord will be serviced right. A great job by everyone. More

Purchasing an Odyssey Mark Enberg was recommended to us by friends who had bought a vehicle a year ago. Plus, spent a lot of time searching for ones for sale as there were very few options especially 2018 Odyssey in white. We stopped at another dealership previously but all the sales person said was they had nothing on the lot and a shipment was coming in February 29 if we wanted to put a deposit down. We did not mind waiting but he did not do anything to draw us in. At this point I decided to give Mark a call. He was very friendly on the phone, I let him know what we were looking for and he said he would check the company database to see what he could find. Sure enough within five minutes he was calling back to let me know he could get a hold of one arriving between Feb 10 to 15 (it was a one month wait but exactly what we were looking for). We knew these vehicles in white were swiped up very quickly from the lots. He setup an appointment with me to test drive the only one they had on the lot. This is my first time buying a brand new vehicle and the price was not as negotiable as I had thought in my head, which was the only disappointing part. But, from our research beforehand we had seen a couple online which sold by the next day and knew we were competing with demand. St Albert Honda was also slightly cheaper on their list price compared to some other Edmonton and Calgary dealerships we searched online. During the month waiting process all the paperwork was prepared and Mark sent us a couple emails including a number of videos on the many features of the Odyssey. Which I found extremely helpful. I have heard other stories about pickup time where the sales person is late to deal with you and it is not a fun experience. However, Mark was right there when we arrived even to open the door for us and got the ball rolling right away on the vehicle we were trading in. All the paperwork was in order and prepared for a couple quick signatures by Sheila Daniel who was also extremely friendly. Mark was extremely attentive through the pickup process, especially sitting in the vehicle for at least half an hour to show us all the key features. My husband has bought a number of vehicles and never had a high opinion of car salesmen but he specifically asked me to give Mark a good review because he did an excellent job. He was not pushy, to the point which we both like and very knowledgeable. It really felt like a seamless process from start to finish and I would recommend Mark if you are looking to buy a Honda. More

As soon as they get your money, the customer service is out the window. I've contacted another Honda dealership for my questions and will take my car elsewhere for all regular maintenance and servicing to avoid having to deal with St Albert Honda. More

When came to delivery date, he was quite sick, yet came in especially to explain features of vehicle. Went beyond being a salesman, to a friend stage. My wife & I would recommend Geo Baldassare to anyone who wants & needs a special touch. St. Albert Honda should be privileged to have him on their sales team. Their service manager - Darcy Toker, and mechanic Rick Rapatti, have been at Frontier Honda & now St. Albert Honda for many years. This says a lot for the dealership. Very Trustworthy. We were met in the show room by Sheila Daniel and Bobby Paul(our salesman) . Bobby took us through the features of the 2017 Pilot and then out for a test drive. His customer service level was top knotch and he took time to make sure we knew what the Honda product was all about. Of the three vehicles we test drove this was the nicest with the best options for what we needed. The price was what we were looking for and we were given a fair price for our trade in. After we had finished the purchase and paper work to complete the sale with Sheila Daniels , Bobby took us out to our new vehicle and paired our phones and did a full run down of all the systems and settings to get us on the road. We received a follow up call the next day to see if we require any assistance . This was one of the best purchase experiences we have had, I highly recommend this dealership and Bobby Paul, thanks Bobby, Pat and Michele Kirkwood ( the booze tourists) More

They wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to fix the transmission. I decided I should have a second opinion before I paid $1500, so I took it here. Am I glad I did! Turns out it wasn't the transmission at all - it was a simple fix related to the air filter. I'm so happy St. Albert Honda was able to find the true cause, it was fixed in minutes. The other shop was trying to take me for a ride. The service people here were friendly and honest. More

First of all, I sent emails to dealers, and they came with the best number, by a good margin. Got there, no surprises, they never change that number. Alastair (salesman) provide us a unique experience, very pleasant, never try to sale anything we don't need it, he was very helpful. Paula, the Financial Manager it's a great character, very funny, very king, really smart woman. Again, she never try to pressure us to buy anything we don't want it or need it, and usually this part is the biggest problem of buying a car, they try everything on you, I hate it, but not this time. At delivery, first time ever, Alastair went trough everything on the car, he show, explain everything, my wife for the first time ever enjoy and left the dealer with a great smile and really satisfied. The car, our first Honda ever, but we love it. More
