I had a really disappointing experience with St. Albert Honda. I purchased my vehicle from out of province and trusted them to be honest and transparent throughout the process. There were hidden fees that weren’t disclosed until the very end, and they kept trying to upsell ceramic coating and polish — even after I clearly insisted that I didn’t want those add-ons. They went ahead anyway and claimed the work was done, but when i got the vehicle it was obvious it wasn’t. They also promised to cover the provincial tax, but in the end only paid part of it. When I tried to follow up and get clarification, communication was poor and I kept getting vague or delayed responses. I expected professionalism and honesty when buying a vehicle remotely, but this dealership made the experience stressful and disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend St. Albert Honda to anyone who values honesty, transparency or good communication. More

Sales experience was good. Taking delivery of the car, dealing with finance and the calls after purchase are terrible. Big hassle and tried to keep patient until the 4th time calling. Shop elsewhere for sure if you want a more hassle free buying experience. More
