no idea what customer service is i am a long time customer of st albert dodge and usually had great service. The service was as well great I usually dealt with Katie, awesome to deal with. until aa month ago after washing my truck I noticed what looked like a scratch on the back door. it a quad cab. after looking at it it seamed the paint was peeling off, so I had a body shop of their choice look at it and they came to the decision it was a paint defect. go to the dealership (5 hours away) they take pictures and send it off to where ever. week later service calls they cant tell from the pictures and would like to see the truck again so drive another 5 hrs to the body shop in Sherwood park the supervisor comes out again takes some pictures talks a bit about the tires on the truck makes a comment about how dodge just uses black primer and that he sees grey. says he will send it off to Chrysler. off I go about a hour so later service calls and tells me they will not repair it as they noticed the badges were removed from the truck so I might have damaged/scratched the back door and repainted it. remember this is the back door. badges are on the front fender and front door. but for 1200 dollars they will repair it for me. this is the 4th vehicle we have from this dealership and to accuse a customer of this is Ludacris. if this is the best answer they can come up with I'm sorry but I will not be dealing with them or even recommending them to anyone. The truck I didn't buy I came in looking for a used truck and they almost had me in a new truck. The deal that was made was pretty reasonable from both sides but my better j I came in looking for a used truck and they almost had me in a new truck. He worked really hard at getting me in that truck. I felt extremely bad when I came to realize that this wasn't for me and went back to get my deposit back. I would definitely go back to the dealership again and most definitely trust Deri to sell me a truck, but one that fits me and my budget. More

Excellent people to deal with. I delt with Mo in sales for the purchase of my pickup. He found me the exact truck I wanted, exact color. We agreed as part of the deal that they would transfer accessories off of my old pickup onto the new one, everything was done perfect and ready exactly when he said it would be. No surprises when I went in to sign papers was exact deal we agreed on which is hard to find with a lot of dealers. I'll be trading in a few years and won't be calling around anywhere else. Service from sales, finance, service and parts was second to none. Truck was detailed perfect the way it should be and full of fuel. Nice to deal with people that a handshake still means something.
