The one thing that brought the rating down, was the detail cleaning, my OCD sees the little things, the details! Nice deal and good trade in value I came in just to look around initially for a certain truck I wanted as well as spitball a ballpark value for the car I was trading in. Was pleasantly surprised with non pushy customer service. While I believe I could have gotten more money selling privately, this dealership gave me the best quoted value for the vehicle I was trading in despite the condition it was in. This in turn with some negotiating got me a very nice deal on the vehicle I wanted. I'm not a huge fan of the warranty packages offered though. I do wish it could be split up more specifically to what I wanted but that just means more TLC and aftermarket care products on my side after purchase which is not an issue to me. More

Just Awesome Shannon was our sales person at the dealership and was nothing but fantastic to deal with. We told him what we wanted, how much we were willing to spend and the options we wanted on the vehicle. He was very professional and treated us with the utmost respect, even joking around with us making everything nice and relaxed. He managed to find the exact vehicle we wanted and everything went smoothly from then on. After the final papers were signed Shannon told us he would have the truck in the shop, have the parts and under coating we requested done to the truck and be ready for us in a couple of days (only because it was the weekend). I would refer any family member or friend to Shannon and this dealership if they are looking for a new or used vehicle. This is are second new truck we have purchased from this dealership and we couldn't be happier. More

Very Disappointed I purchased my Dodge Caravan 2015 from this dealership. When I brought the van home, I noticed that tools kit(jack etc) was missing from the compartme I purchased my Dodge Caravan 2015 from this dealership.
