It is not something that I would expect to say about a dealer, but it was a very good experience. I was supported by the sales team (Kyleigh Pacheco), maintenance team (service manager Yatish Desai), and dealer, but it was a very good experience. All of them were so nice, and they genuinely wanted to help me to resolve my problems. I had an issue with my previous car, and the Spinelli team helped me to address it. I was able to complete the transaction in one day, and my new car was delivered (thank you the delivery team for preparing the car - Kash was very helpful). As well, I had a chance to witness the team’s cooperation when I was dropping off my previous car. The sales team helped me, and even the receptionist helped me to pass the message to the service team, even when I called 10 minutes before 9 pm.
