I had my car serviced at this dealership and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I arrived 10 minutes before my 1 PM appointment but didn't get my car back until 3:30 PM. I understand th extremely disappointed with the experience. I arrived 10 minutes before my 1 PM appointment but didn't get my car back until 3:30 PM. I understand that the 'second service' is extensive, but a 2.5 hour wait is unacceptable, especially since I could see my car sitting untouched in the garage while the clerk assured me the service was being performed. To make matters worse, they didn't even lubricate the doors, which was part of the service. It seems all they did was change the engine oil. The clerk was pleasant, but this seems to be a management issue. I would not recommend this dealership. More
