I went to this dealer since it had good reviews and they had some deals on their 2022 demo models. I just wanted to provide a warning that unfortunately, they, like some other dealers use very basic, da had some deals on their 2022 demo models. The appointment started with the salesmen going to consult his manager for pricing. I was near said manager's office and could actually overhear their whole conversation. They were just chatting about other things, nothing to do with pricing. This is a laughably classic sales strategy. The main item I wanted to note however was the misleading advertising they were using on the deal: the deal stated that the car was reduced by $750 and included winter tires, which isn't a terrible deal to compensate for the 2,500 km already on the car. The salesman highlighted the MSRP, and the $750 reduction and passed me the pricing sheet. Of the various miscellaneous charges tacked on, there was a $750 ''additional equipment''. I inquired about this and the sales person, appearing to not have expected me to ask, advised that it was for the winter tires. I then asked why the deal stated a $750 reduction and winter tires included, to which he answered ''Nothing comes for free''. When I asked where the car was and whether I could test drive it, the sales person advised that it was being used as a courtesy car by the service dept. Upon further inquiry, I was made aware the mileage was now almost at 5,000 km. I want to be clear that this looks like a relatively ok dealership in general and perhaps I am just tired of the endless routine involved in car sales. I would recommend you do your research first. I was contacted by the service department manager shortly after posting a review about my unpleasant experience with the car cleaning service the dealership was offering. Philip, the manager, was sorry to hear about my experience and once the situation was clarified he was amenable to rectify it. I was offered a complimentary appointment for my car to be inspected and cleaned and an alternate vehicle for the time my car was inspected. I'm pleased to see that my review was taken seriously and delt with a high professional assistant. The fact that my concerns were addressed professionally and promptly was very reassuring and impressive. More
