In the end, I needed a new engine and decided to trade it for a new 🚑 cle. Once we had picked out a new vehicle, the financial manager informed us we had purchased extended warranty on the car that had a blown head gasket. Why we were not told about that earlier is unacceptable. I will not use the service department again. My experience with the salesman was very good along with the financial manager. This is my third Hyundai and second I purchased from this dealership. This will also be the last time I purchase from this dealership all due to an incompetent service department. More
