Made to feel that its my fault,for what they fixed fell off. Dec 2016 had my 3500 diesel in for a new front end steering components the upgraded version. 1350.00 average cost i believe and front end alignment. Dec 2016 had my 3500 diesel in for a new front end steering components the upgraded version. 1350.00 average cost i believe and front end alignment. Manager informed me i needed ball joints work needed very soon. i took his advice and brought my truck back again to have this done. they said axle seals needed replaced and that noise was coming from my brakes dragging. i said no to the brakes but yes to the rest. they fixed them and it cost 2100.00 and have hand written estimate for the brakes work and exhaust work which they said they will not do? paid and picked up truck and in calgary the truck was shacking and banging, it was not the brakes dragging but the drive shaft rubbing on steel of the hanger bearing and ready to flop out and cause a major damage, Drive Line Shop Calgary fixed hanger bearing and was upset that they let this unsafe condition to leave the shop. Next day i spoke with manager about this he said what did i want done about it. i just said make sure to inspect all areas of the said noise to find the correct problem because when they fixed the drive shaft the so called brake noise was gone. next day while going to calgary to see girlfriend in hospital a turned a corner slow and heard a ting sound and stopped and looked at front end and found a bold the size of a mans thumb missing from the bracket that holds the front brake on which there is only 2 to begin with. took to dealer and asked to get my money back for the work done to sub standard quality of workmanship done. Service manager said that wont happen. they fixed the missing bolt. i left and took my truck to another shop because it did not steer correctly. new shop found that the work done was done incorrectly. He said that most likely the new ball joints done incorrectly or bad from new. had it towed back to dealership and had them pay. they told me they fixed one out of four and said it was all fixed up. and the manager and mechanic took for test drive and said once again it was fixed. i picked it up and drove it around the shop and stopped and picked up the service shop manager for a test drive and sad its still not fixed. he said fine and went inside and came back out and said in 2004 they had bad steering boxes well that is fine but mine is a 2005 they are trying to find a way not to pay to have my truck fixed. and they said it was the steering dampner but that was not it. and they said it is the steering box and that i need to pay for it because they will not make it right. i have to tow my truck to another shop and have them do the ball joints again. and my cost. i feel sorry for the families of the people i could have hurt or killed do the lack of high priced and so called skilled mechanics at a local CHRYSLER DEALER SHIP. Service Manager had told me when i informed him of the hanger bearing problem that the mechanic that was working on my truck was upset about his day surgery he was about to go through, well what about the my girlfriend who has had six operations in 6 months. and about the fact he sent out a unsafe a deadly truck on to our highways. In which the service manager says it is my fault.. i just want my money back of 2150.00 so i can find another mechanic shop to fix my truck. and who i am sure will make it safe for the road... I took the truck in for ball joints; and came out with steering issues. My truck was sent out to me three times in a unsafe condition. so please be a responsible owner and deal with another CHRYSLER DEALERSHIP OTHER THAN SOUTH RIDGE IN OKOTOKS AB. Mr Mark Keegan More

Customer for life! I've been buying vehicles and servicing them at Southridge since 2008. Since then I've had used and new vehicles and they have always treated me fair I've been buying vehicles and servicing them at Southridge since 2008. Since then I've had used and new vehicles and they have always treated me fair and kept me safely driving down the road. In fact I was going to buy a new truck this year, but because my 2010 Ram still runs like new and I'm now waiting for at least a couple more years. The service department is always friendly and quick to get me back on the road. Overall experience has been excellent!!! More

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the financing process was extremely easy and fast. Not to mention that we got a great deal in our vehicle. We live in North Calgary but the trip down to Okotoks was so worth it and we definitely will be doing it again in the future when we need another vehicle.
