Disappointed Very disappointed in the customer service at Southridge,that could be because there was none !! Went in looking to trade in our 2012 2500 crewcab Ram Very disappointed in the customer service at Southridge,that could be because there was none !! Went in looking to trade in our 2012 2500 crewcab Ram on a new upgraded 2014,first of all they showed us a 1 ton diesel which we did not want then they showed us a 1500 with less options than our excisting truck had and said that was all they could get us into, when we said they would have to do better we were told they would see what they could do and get back to us. Well we never did hear back from Southridge after more than a week of them stringing us along. Went to a dealership in Calgary on August 12 and drove off the lot with our new 2014 2500 SLT crewcab on Saturday August 15 . Southridge does not listen to what the customer wants and needs in a vehichle nor do they care ! There are dealerships out there that do care about the customer, it definitley is not Southridge . Purchase finance and service were all disappointing. Purchased a 2013 Ram last year. Though my sales guy was friendly enough he was pretty much useless. Why not just let me deal with the guy in the off Purchased a 2013 Ram last year. Though my sales guy was friendly enough he was pretty much useless. Why not just let me deal with the guy in the office rather than make me wait while the salesman runs back and forth - like a stereotypical movie car salesman 'I have to run this past the manager'. Financing guy assured me he would get me a good rate - suggesting 6.9% even though the Ram website had very low financing of 1-2%. I asked what he was trying to pull and he said 'not everyone qualifies for the best rates'. Well I do, and I don't appreciate being screwed over. I used a bank draft instead. My bank doesn't try to lie to me about the interest rate on my line of credit. Tried to book an oil change, support local business etc. but they were booking many days in advance and wanted me to leave it for the morning. No thanks. Went to my regular place in Calgary. Done in 10 minutes by people I trust. Went in with a simple problem that could have been solved in 10 minutes. Had to make an appointment for another visit a week later and now have to go back again when the part arrives. This could have been done in 1 trip, 2 at most, if they stocked common parts and listened to me. Even though the part I need is being replaced under warranty, I had to leave a credit card imprint for them to order the part. I have never heard of such stupidity, To top it off the service manager was much less than friendly. I'd say more like surly. And the worst and most unforgivable thing: the service guy left my radio on a country station. Now my truck is tarnished forever! They also removed the uConnect software update I had installed after Chrysler recommended it to me, causing me to need to reinstall and redo a bunch of settings. Not a huge deal, but inconvenient and they made no mention of doing it or why. Recently made an appointment to test drive another certain trim level vehicle, they said come on in, it will be ready for you at 6pm. Went in and they didn't even have one. Tried to sell me a different lower trim that they had in stock. Went to High River and was treated much better. The salesman in High River suggested I stay away from Okotoks' service department, now I understand why. More
