Some good, some confusion Some good some confusion. Scheduled the 135,000 Km service interval, did not get the full service. The service is supposed to include a tire rotatio Some good some confusion. Scheduled the 135,000 Km service interval, did not get the full service. The service is supposed to include a tire rotation, however I was told that I had just requested an oil change. Seems to be a little confusion as even my email reminder from VW says 135,000 maintenance Now I need another day with my tire retailer to get the rotation done, more time spent with the car in the shop, should have been done all at the same time. However, the service department did a wonderful job with the A/C which was a last minute addition to my appointment. More

Every Dealer is different I love this dealership. They give you quick diagnosis, provide a reasonable quote and fix your problem. Other VW dealerships are not the same so muc I love this dealership.
