Many reasons to choose Volkswagen I chose Volkswagen and I am glad that I did. They took care of the issue and made me feel secured as they backed me up with the issue I was having. Bill & Mary (Service Manager) (Anderson, Tyler & Don Sales Managers) Just amazing how they looked after me and my ride) I'd refer VW to anyone and everyone. The respect, co-operation and kindness these guys give to customers is just amazing and that is why I go to south gate. With the Fires in Fort Mac they showed such a great level of sympathy and help that I have no words for. Mary who is in service even remembered that I am from Fort mac and had a conversation with me in regards to the fire as I had to go back to work there during the tragic times. More

Effective , pleasant, experience and quick and easy No waiting, no delays, greeting with respect and pleasant manner. Service time was 55 minutes and no hassle. Excellent service Bil had us in and out quickly while we waited. Everything was explained perfectly and there were no surprises. xxxxty service I booked an appointment and once I got there (from out of town) they said there was no record on an appointment, but yet the parts I ordered the day I I booked an appointment and once I got there (from out of town) they said there was no record on an appointment, but yet the parts I ordered the day I booked were in. The lady who we were dealing with seemed quite rude and when I asked about an issue I was having with my vehicle she gave me the wrong information. They said they gave me a free wash and it did have water droplets on it but the car was filthy as I just drove it into town for my service and the car was still covered in bugs( after they washed it) so I left the dealer and went and washed my car. Keep in mind this is a 2015 vehicle that was in for first time service and I was charged $900.00 but did pay $ 300:00 for a broken lens. Thanks but no thanks. More

We were given a courtesy vehicle and our daily life was impacted very little by this issue. More

Service Department is terrible. The service department is terrible. I took my car in and had one of the first appointments of the day. It took them 3 hours to call me to let me kno The service department is terrible. I took my car in and had one of the first appointments of the day. It took them 3 hours to call me to let me know what is wrong with my car. According to the invoice they only sent a half hour looking at my car. They told me that they don't car the parts for my Volkswagen and that they would need to order them in to be able to fix my car. I would have appreciated if they had told me when they book the appointment that they were not going to be able to fix my car and that I would have to come back again. I am a mother of three and don't have time to make several appointments for a simple fix. I am getting my car fixed else where. The employees are polite, I think the issue is with the corporate policies in place. This is the third time I have tried their service department and the last. The service is terrible. I will say the mechanics are good as I have never had trouble with my car afterward. More
First time I was disappointed I always wait for my service. This time I was told it would take 2 hrs. I let them know I would be waiting upstairs. 3 hours later I got a phone call I always wait for my service. This time I was told it would take 2 hrs. I let them know I would be waiting upstairs. 3 hours later I got a phone call that my vehicle was ready. The fact that I had to wait an extra hour for my vehicle on a simple service and then not even have someone come get me, but a phone call.... I was very disappointed this time with the level of customer service. More
