The dealership was more than happy to put me in my new car, but when it came to delivering on the items promised me, I experienced nothing but frustration. And when I have tried to approach them to deal with the outstanding items, I have yet to receive a phone call or email back in return. I was returning a lease at the same time I was buying the new car and the lease return is still not dealt with as they promised, 9 months later. They did not give me roof racks that they had promised on the new car, nor have they followed through on their lease commitments. I love the cars that VW makes, but this dealership is full of shady people and managers who will not deal with you on issues once your money has been handed over to them. Buy your VW somewhere else, because they will ignore you if you have any issues. More
