6hr drive for service with no loaner car My spouse drove a 6hr round trip to have the car serviced and to bring our disabled daughter to the Stollery. When we get there they say all the loaner vehicles are out, and there are no rental vehiles in Edmonton to get for us. They dont appologise or even try to book another appointment just open the bay door for us to leave. I made 15 calls to them in an attempt to get answers and was continueally put through to voice mails as every real person was avioding my call. I asked for the contact details of the general manager and his voice mail and they would not give it. This has got to be the worst servie I have ever received. Even after a long call with the service manager i received no appology and only a half harted we will put some fuel in your vehicle next time...DO NOT USE THEM! More

Do not buy a car from these crooks! Once they have your money, they never want to see your face again! I was sold a brand new car with a scratch on it that Dan pretended he didn't see and when I called him money, they never want to see your face again! The finance guy Adam refused to provide receipts for the so-called $2,588 leather package, remote starter, paint sealant and 3M rock guard that I cancelled but was told it was already being done at the dealership. Another lie as the remote starter was installed at Visions and this dealership messed up programming the keys. The manager Marvin won't return my phone calls or emails and he's there because the receptionist confirms it. If you're looking at buying a VW go to Norden! The only reason I went back is because the last car I got there was from a super girl sales lady from Newfoundland who treated me like gold!! It's sad she's gone and now all the have are Dans! More

The dealership was more than happy to put me in my new car, but when it came to delivering on the items promised me, I experienced nothing but frustration. I was returning a lease at the same time I was buying the new car and the lease return is still not dealt with as they promised, 9 months later. They did not give me roof racks that they had promised on the new car, nor have they followed through on their lease commitments. I love the cars that VW makes, but this dealership is full of shady people and managers who will not deal with you on issues once your money has been handed over to them. Buy your VW somewhere else, because they will ignore you if you have any issues. More
