Mary Lee Brown is a great customer service agent I have dealt with Volkswagen for 10 years and found the service to be hit and miss for most of the time. In the past when I brought in my Passat if an I have dealt with Volkswagen for 10 years and found the service to be hit and miss for most of the time. In the past when I brought in my Passat if any issues were brought to my attention I found the customer service to be unsatisfactory. I finally went to the service manager to find a solution and received a form letter that did not deal with my concerns. I had gotten to the point where I didn't think I would return to Volkswagen for service or when it came to purchasing a new car. I had one more big service that needed to be done on my Passat TDI (160,000km) so I decided to get this done but after I was done with Volkswagen. When I set the appointment I talked to Mary Lee Brown who was excellent. She stepped me through what was needed to be done, we discussed possible issues and she gave me an estimate. When I brought in the car she was very helpful. She even found a deal I didn't know about and set that up for a discount. All in all finally a pleasant experience. When I picked up my car I spotted an error of the amount I was being charged which she quickly corrected. She was a real breathe of fresh air. Finally a service agent that was thorough, professional and courteous. Because of this I may be back for my 190,000 service. You better keep her. Also would have been great to have been notified that shuttle isn't available on Saturdays as I would have booked another day. Wasted 45 minutes walking home. My husband's experience was good when he bought his first car. With our second, the sales manager and our sales guy worked to get us an awesome deal on a Mazda 3 and were straight up with us, which we loved. No mind games. Unfortunately they didn't have any vehicles that met our criteria this time around but we tried a few and Rajeev was nothing but helpful. He was kind, knowledgeable, and low pressure. He followed up with us the next day to see where we were at and didn't guilt trip us. A consistently good experience. More
