Quick service even without an appointment Around 1:00 pm my engine malfunction indicator illuminated. I drove the car straight to Southgate VW and was greeted promptly by Chris in the service bay. He indicated they would attempt to fix my vehicle that day. I was offered a shuttle ride to where I wanted to go. Even though I had no appointment the service department diagnosed the trouble with my vehicle within an hour and called to inform me what they would need to do to fix it. After they received verbal authorization the service technicians had my car ready for pick-up by 4 pm that afternoon. When I picked up my vehicle it had been even been washed for me. The service rep was professional, knowledgeable and caring. She has told me everything I needed to know about the conditions of my tires including showing them to me inside the shop with details. I needed to replace all 4 of my tires because they were all bald in the inside. They gave me the choice of tires I could pick for my car and then I had a wheel alignment done to remove my excessive negative camber. Got my car back on time and was very happy overall. More
