Quick service even without an appointment Around 1:00 pm my engine malfunction indicator illuminated. I was offered a shuttle ride to where I wanted to go. Even though I had no appointment the service department diagnosed the trouble with my vehicle within an hour and called to inform me what they would need to do to fix it. After they received verbal authorization the service technicians had my car ready for pick-up by 4 pm that afternoon. When I picked up my vehicle it had been even been washed for me.
