However, after dealing with Chris for the first time, my faith in the dealership has been completely restored. He was extremely courteous, professional, and an overall pleasure to do business with. Also the guys who serviced the VW this time must have accessed the trunk because some of my stuff was opened (zipper on roadside emergency kit). More
