Not always knowing when you ha Living in Fort McMurray can make it challenging to get warranty work done on a Volkswagen without a dealership in town. Not always knowing when you have the extra weekdays off, road conditions/closures mean that travel plans change very quickly. Any time I needed an appointment for the next day due to an impromptu trip or was held up with road delays they have always made challenging schedules work to get my vehicle in and taken care of. Really appreciate the great customer service and accommodating my hectic schedules. More
Poor customer service I called in all day to try and speak with a service advisor, I was put on hold, transferred and left voicemails. All I needed to discuss was very simple and needed to be deal with right away. My tire had a nail in it and was losing air quite quickly. The receptionist tried several time to connect me with an advisor, finally I just asked to speak with the person scheduling service appt., she was really nice and ended up having all the answers for my questions and we also came up with a plan. I wish the receptionist better assessed the situation and transferred me to her earlier on instead of me calling in every hour. I dropped off my car at night and filled out the envelope/form and described clearly what the issue was and where. When the advisor called me back she only discussed oil change and annual service checks which was not why I brought my car in. When I mentioned my tire she didn't know which side and what was happening with it but I had clearly written it on the form. I got really frustrated with this whole process, I just wanted the nail out of my tire and to get it fixed. That's all! More

Would specifically recommomend him to others as a salesman. I was out of my 03 golf and into a 15 golf in a few days and have had few complaints. The inside of the windshield was oily and i suspect it was improperly cleaned. Impossible to see through in the morning light, and took some effort to clean off. Hardly a sales fault. Have not had a service yet, 11500km away from first scheduled one. Cannot rate on service. More

To my surprise they filled the windshield water which exceeds my expectation. Overall the service is good. But there is still something that they can do better. My decorations (a Disney bean and a Chinese knot) on my dash board have been removed and they left them on the rear seats but didn't put them back. My experience with another dealer in Ontario cares more in details. They drove my car to the front and kept it running with seat heating on so that when I got in with my key I am ready to go in the winter. In general, the service here is already pretty good and I will come next time. More

She seemed short and abrupt during the phone conversation. I almost cancel the appointment and go somewhere else. When we showed up for our appointment, the staff were friendly and helpful.
