Vastly Improved I have had a very mixed experience with my time spent at Southgate Volkswagen, from service representatives giving me hardly any information on what i I have had a very mixed experience with my time spent at Southgate Volkswagen, from service representatives giving me hardly any information on what is going on, or has been done to my car, to having the shuttle service leave me at the LRT station to find my way home. However, after dealing with Chris for the first time, my faith in the dealership has been completely restored. He was extremely courteous, professional, and an overall pleasure to do business with. Also the guys who serviced the VW this time must have accessed the trunk because some of my stuff was opened (zipper on roadside emergency kit). More
