Not waiting around for someone to figure out if they can help me or not. And my car wasn't washed! More

Excellent service i brought a car in i bought off kijiji (a 2012 Jetta) to get checked out . The service guy helping me went above and beyond what he needed to do to get me on my way. He told me where i can save some money on certain things and did some warranty work that apparently the car needed. My experience at Volkswagen was by far the best dealings I've ever had with any service department. My other vehicles include a BMW 7 series and a Land Rover Range Rover (paid over 100 grand a piece) both of which every time i take back to the dealership to fix whatever is wrong (always something wrong) at that time costs me a minimum of $1500.00 and they seem like they're trying to find as many things as they can to charge me for. The Jetta only cost me the price of an oil change, i recommend Southgate Volkswagen to everyone. More

Warranty Issue dealt with in stride. Had some warranty work to be done on my GLI. Drove in to service bay without an appointment, explained the issues and they took the car right away as Had some warranty work to be done on my GLI. I was reached out to for a service call and recall a few weeks ago and thought I would give the dealership a second chance as the person who reached out to me was quite cordial. I arrived for my scheduled service call and was treated like gold by a CSR named Mary from the beginning until I picked up my fully washed vehicle. Thank you for the excellent service. Moe is the best! I recently purchased a slightly used Jetta from VW (loaner car). Moe was amazing! He listened to what my needs were in a vehicle and never pressured me. Very professional, was a busy man but took all the time I needed, and I never felt rushed. He absolutely worked around my schedule from staying after hours, coming in on a day off, I even telephoned him on a night off and he answered every question I ever had. I had a couple things done on the vehicle and he totally took care of it!! Moe actually went above and beyond! Chris at the service department is excellent too! Needs to smile more, lol. Service was perfect actually. I love my Jetta!! Highly recommend Southgate VW and Moe! More
