My appointment was for Monday morning at 8:45am and the cleaning was not complete by the end of the day, so I was notified that they would need to keep it another day. I agreed. I was called on Tuesday to be told the cleaning had been completed and my car was ready to be picked up. I arrived by taxi to pick my car up only to pay over a thousand dollars and unlock an uncleaned car. The employees on site said they would like to keep the car to finish the cleaning and they would pay for my taxi back home. I was called on Wednesday to be informed that they were now going to deliver my car to me and upgrade my cleaning. When the car was delivered to me the car was missing part of the hubcap, the side view mirrors were still covered in dirt, underneath the seats had not been vacuumed and my snow scraper was missing. I called Southgate Volkswagen and was told it would be looked into and I would be called back (I was not called back). Thursday morning was the first snow of the year, so I spent my morning hand scraping snow off my car. I've called Volkswagen twice since and spoke with another service representative and left a voicemail and still have not been called back. I seriously question the quality of work that has been done on my car when a simple clean cannot be finished properly more than once. More

Speedy I brought my car in without an appointment and they were able to get it back to me in a timely fashion.
