I received the phone call Monday morning from a different adviser, she explained the issues and what was done and possible things to watch out for in the future. When we picked up the vehicle it was a different service adviser, again, but he too was helpful and took the time to answer any questions we had. The lady who took the payment was wonderful! Friendly, chatted and did not look like she was being disturbed from her job or visiting with other employees; which is the total opposite from what we experienced the last time we had our vehicle in for service. I spent almost $700 on service, nothing major was done, and my car not washed. Next door a Volvo my husband had minor service and they washed his car. This is not the first time VW has not washed mine. Minor things but still shows lack of good service. Also today I am getting emails about either a free toque or 6months of road side assistance with service. Why was I not offered either of these? Honestly will shop around next time I need service. More
