And always treated well, which is a nice change form other dealerships I've used! I should mention our service rep added a discount to the bill which was very much appreciated! Only real issue I have is with the push to add services said to be required even though they are not in the manual nor online service guide. An additional $300-$400 in added services without much valid reasoning left me feeling a bit annoyed. We were using our loyalty cards and wondered if that was why the push for added services, even though the book said another year plus before my car should have it done. It used to be that the maintenance book that comes with your car was the required and then you as the owner/consumer got to choose what added services you wanted as extras. Now it's pretty much forced on you as mandatory even though factory doesn't outline it. Our maintenance book is made for Canada, so it doesn't stand to reason that our climate hasn't been taken into account overall. More
