I contacted a service rep. on Monday, I needed my windshield replaced I gave him all of my info. he told me that he would get back to me with a price and appointment details. We felt like we got a fair deal on our new car and a reasonable deal for our trade in. There was a small scratch on the driver’s door and the staff went to the trouble of ordering us a paint pen. They also have followed up to ensure we are happy with our purchase.
