Just switched over to Southbank from my longterm relationship with another dealer in the area. Was treated well when I came in for my first service, a warm welcome, patient advice and was given opti relationship with another dealer in the area. Was treated well when I came in for my first service, a warm welcome, patient advice and was given options instead of told what had to be done. The work was done faster than I imagined it would be, even waiting for parts to arrive! They corrected missing information that my old dealer/service never updated on my vehicle, found a recall that was way overdue and the shuttle service was prompt and pleasant. All of my questions were answered politely and expertly and the whole experience was great all around! I feel like they'll take good care of me like family. More
